Experience Level Required

Lambda Microsoft

You will be using both Excel® and Word®. Do you have a basic, everyday knowledge of these Microsoft® Office Suite products?

Yes?

If you can create documents and spreadsheets, save, change fonts, and print in Excel® and Word® you can continue with this guide.

If you know Access® that's great (but we won't be using it). Access® has the capability of exporting spreadsheets to Excel®. File that information for future reference.

No Experience?

Before attempting to use Word® Mail Merge you will need to become familiar with several basic Windows® skills.

Don't Worry!

Just take our 4-hour training class: Introduction to Microsoft® Office Products.

This class will make you feel comfortable and productive almost immediately! Registration is available online through Lambda International's website.

Software and Hardware Required

Your current infrastructure should provide all the tools you need to use Mail Merge.

  2. Windows® 3.1 or higher
  3. 486® or higher PC
  4. Printer
